Workers' Compensation Investigator

The primary role of a workers’ compensation investigator is to assist the claims examiner and/or the defense attorney by conducting a thorough investigation to include physical surveillance, background research, courthouse research, and social media and internet research/monitoring.

Other tasks include activity checks, alive/well checks, recorded interviews, and witness locates.  The investigator collects facts, organizes those facts, and presents them in an unbiased and thorough report.

Direct Insight not only conducts surveillance on workers’ compensation claimants, we also conduct investigations to confirm/verify that an injury or illness is compensable.
