Direct Insight’s fatality investigations are customized with a specific list of objectives that are developed after a comprehensive conference with the client and in-depth review of the initial provided information.

An experienced and knowledgeable investigator will visit the scene; inquire with the coroner’s office, obtain autopsy report, if applicable; interview police; visit the insured’s location; search for witnesses and surveillance video; obtain recorded statements from knowledgeable parties’ gather relevant documentation, take photographs, and document the facts in the case wherever the investigation leads us.

We also identify subrogation opportunities and report our findings in a detailed reporting format. It is common to find that multiple parties have exposure in these cases, and we determine who those parties are and what coverage they hold.
