For a matter somewhere else, tell us the location and what needs documenting. We will confirm coverage before you commit to anything, and we will say plainly if a location is one we should not take. We would rather turn down an assignment than staff it badly.
That is a deliberate choice. We are not built to be a national vendor that claims to handle everything everywhere and quietly brokers the work down a chain of subcontractors. The fewer layers between you and the person in the field, the better your evidence is. That principle does not change when a case crosses a state line.

Investigative licensing is regulated state by state, and what may lawfully be performed varies by jurisdiction. That is exactly why we confirm coverage for an out-of-area matter before it is assigned rather than after.
